Dear FINK users;

Sorry for this post but I am trying to set up a new MAC computer here in Saudi and I am having some problems installing packages.
I installed FINK 0.23.8 and was trying to install a binary package (dcmtk) using the command line.
I got the following response:

[gakabani-1:~] gamal% fink install dcmtk

In here I question the following, who refused the connection? Our site, or the FINK mirror site?
I contacted my network administrator and got no help at all.

Any help will be appreciated.

Gamal
