hello,
i just tried to install fink (after installing x11 sdk and the
developer tools) and when i ran this finkcommander GUI the following
happened:
on source-->scanpackages i get the output:
Can't exec "gcc": No such file or directory at /sw/lib/perl5/Fink/
VirtPackage.pm line 538.
/usr/libexec/gcc/darwin/ppc/3.3/cc1plus is not executable!
dpkg-scanpackages dists/local/main/binary-darwin-powerpc override |
gzip >dists/local/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/Packages.gz
Wrote 0 entries to output Packages file.

it doesn#t look to me as if this is the way it should be, but
honestly I have no clue at all, what to do abou it. please somebody
help me...
I hope this hasn't been asked a million times already, but I fear it
has, since I run a fairly new and of-the-shelf system of OSX Tiger.
