Ah--I was reading the digits in the wrong order (shouldn't fink and work at the same time :-) ) I had read "4.0.1-1" By any chance have you switched off the unstable tree? It looks like you had been using unstable and then turned it off. If that's the case the .deb file may be on your system. Since this is a version from unstable there's no official .deb file to use. If someone gives you one (I don't have it, myself) you can install it from anywhere on your system via sudo dpkg --install <filename> -- Alexander K.
