I just asked about the strange installation process of openoffice.org
Well, now it came to the end, and not to a good one (see below).
However, I have a more practical question. I used OpenOffice with
Linux, and now I have several presentations in its .odp format.
Of course, Microsoft Office does not know what to do with it.
Can somebody suggest a workaround? I need to edit one of my
presentations. :( Ok, I made the obvious thing: exported .odp
into .ppt in Linux, and opened it in Mac. It does not look pretty....
So if somebody knows an alternative, please tell me.
Should I now report to the package maintainers about this
installation failure?
