Hi I am on an Intel Mac OSX machine.
When I tried to run
fink install gcc42
It went ahead and happily compiled for a while and ended with the rather
ominous sounding error message.(pasted below)
Failed: Error performing percent expansion: unknown % expansion or nesting
too deep: "lib/gcc4.2/%lib/libgfortran.2*.dylib"
(/sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/languages/gcc42.info "Files")
I dont think it worked because /sw/bin still has only the old gcc version
How do I get around this.
