It looks like you're on an rsync mirror that isn't mirroring properly.  
Run "fink configure" from a terminal window, and just pick the default 
options until you get to a prompt that says "All mirrors are set" (or 
something similar--my Fink box is offline right now so I can't see it 
from here).  Pick the Y option there.  You only need to change the rsync 
mirror--everything else can be whatever you currently have set.
