OK. Following the instructions in the article I removed 10.5 and the  
folders below it.

This seems not to have move me forwards...

I now see ...

mcrc13-6> rmdir 10.5
mcrc13-7> fink reinstall fink
Scanning package description files
not a reference at /sw/lib/perl5/Fink/Services.pm line 1910

I then tried to re-do the inject.pl thing...

mcrc13-1> ./inject.pl
The directory '/sw' (guessed) does not contain a Fink installation.  
Please
provide the correct path as a parameter to this script.
