For all of you that want to use Bioperl in Leopard (MacOsX 10.5) with Perl 5.8.8 , the fink packages page now contains a new package fully adapted to Leopard and perl 5.8.8
The maintainer of bioperl in fink did a such a great job updating bioperl-pm588 so quickly!
