It's not as easy as having Fink's base packages installed and
installing from .deb files that you build, but you should be able to
do it.  If you run "dpkg -L xxx" on your build box that will display
the files in xxx.  With appropreate scripting (which I haven't quite
figured out this morning), you can tar those files.
