You shouldn't have a  /sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo/bin at all.  Can you
post the results of

"ls -l /sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo/bin"

and

"dpkg -S /sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo/bin"

?
