There's no reason in principle why this couldn't be done with Fink
Commander. Or anything else, for that matter.
However, it appears that nobody who is comfortable with Objective-C
has had the time to give extensive effort to it.
Also, most of the developers are command-line oriented folks, so none
of them appear to have had a pressing need for a Fink GUI for their
own use.
