Hi,
after installing tetex, I tried installing gftp and gnuplot and I am
having a similar problem.
with gftp the last part of the output is:

grep: /usr/lib/libXplugin.la: No such file or directory
sed: /usr/lib/libXplugin.la: No such file or directory
libtool: link: `/usr/lib/libXplugin.la' is not a valid libtool archive
make[2]: *** [libfreeglut.la] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
### execution of make failed, exit code 2

Is there an alternative like installing the binary version of fink? I
should not be the only one experiencing this problem!

BTW, thanks for your help!
