Yeah;  /sw/lib/python2.6/Tools/scripts/idle , however, _is_ chmod +x,
however, and I was extrapolating from that in my initial post.  I didn't
happen to notice idle2.5 | idle2.6 ; and I don't have "python"
installed, so there's no /sw/bin/idle here.
