The html file indicates the file isn't actually present on  
sourceforge.net any more.

Your mirror configuration appears to be ClosestFirst, which doesn't  
work quite properly, in that you never get the option to use Fink's  
Master mirrors, which keep sources around when the developers don't.

Try changing your download options via "fink configure" either to use  
Master Mirrors first or last.
