What sort of "alien rep"? If you're trying to use a Debian repository, it's never going to work. Fink is not Debian, and OS X is not Linux. You can't use Debian/Ubuntu/whatever Linux binaries on OS X directly, period. (virtual machines are a different matter) BTW, does FinkCommander needs to run as root?
