This should be a very simple question. I'm installing Fink for the 1st time, on MacBook Pro OS X 10.6.3, I think I want the 64-bit version...
I'm looking at the SOURCE INSTALL instructions for OS 10.6 - it says "assuming you have installed Fink under /sw" Do I need to create (mkdir) the /sw directory myself & download the tarball into that directory, or does the ./bootstrap command create the /sw directory & install fink in it? Thanks! Don Pakey ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Sprint What will you do first with EVO, the first 4G phone?
