I searched the archives and FAQ and couldn't find anything similar to my
problem. I am fairly new to programming and using fink because the bioperl
website suggested to use it for the installation. I have pasted below the
error I'm getting and I don't know what it means. Background info: OSX Ver.
10.6.4; 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro; Xcode 3.2; Perl 5.10.0 all are
installed.
The error I'm getting when I enter $ sudo fink install bioperl-pm5100
