I am sure that i have set the proxy correctly in Fink. It works well for http
but not for https.
When i specify proxy explicitly in curl as shown below the url is downloadable.
curl -x 192.XXX.YYY.254:ZZZZ --connect-timeout 30 -f -L -A 'fink/0.29.17' -O
https://bitbucket.org/camlspotter/camlimages/get/camlimages-4.0.0.tar.bz2

but the normal way doesn't work.
