Finaly, I found a software equivalent (read as text web pages) : w3m 
(http://w3m.sourceforge.net/) wich is on Fink yet.

Maybe:
1) You would need to be on an OS version where Fink provides an "rpm5" package. 
(not 10.7, currently)2) if it's not a noarch package you would need to build 
and install from a SRPM, because libraries and executables built on Linux don't 
work on OS X.

It would be easier to provide a more definite answer if you provided a URL to 
the GetWeb package's website.  It might be something that we could build
