Assuming you're on 10.5 (which is the only OS version where both
fink-0.27.13 AND fink-0.32.6 should be available), make sure that you've
run the commands from:

http://www.finkproject.org/faq/upgrade-fink.php?phpLang=en#leopard-bindist1

to make sure that you're up-to-date.
