There is no omnet++ in Fink.  For updating your simulation to work with 
omnet++ 4.3.1, you should contact the omnet++ people.

If instead you're trying to get omnet++ to build/run on OS X 
(prefereably using Fink), there's a proposed package listed here:

https://sourceforge.net/p/fink/package-requests/765/

although it is not fully functional.  If you know how to make omnet++ 
run, please comment there so that the packaging can be adjusted and 
omnet++ can be added to the Fink distribution.
