That is beyond my knowledge of the php5 package.  One of the various 
php5 subbuilds does have --with-pgsql in it, but I don't know if that's 
the one that includes phpadmin.  I've cc'd the php5 maintainer to keep 
him in the loop.  He's away for a week I believe.
