You’re reporting a problem with Gnuplot which was built using Homebrew to the 
Fink mail-list. Fink has nothing to do with your Octave, or your Gnuplot. For 
reference, Fink is a package manager for Mac OS X. At the present time Fink 
does not have packages for Octave 4.0.2 or for Gnuplot 5.1.
