I believe there is already a lrzsz-0.12.20-1.info in CVS. Did you check that?

I never owned a modem during the past 9 years, so I can't tell. (if 
you are curious, back then we started using ISDN, and nowadays it's 
DSL with ISDN as fallback if our ISP screws up - which luckily only 
happens once every half year or so <g>).
