I've just run "fink fetch-all" on a new system, and discovered that a number of source files are no longer available where fink expects to find them. Some of these may be stashed in the source part of our bindist, I haven't checked that; but anybody trying to install these packages anew will be frustrated. Should be addressed before the end of next week, if at all possible. Extract from log appended below.
