Hallo.
I was looking into manners and ways to gather informations from our
users. For that reason I looked into survey gathering tools and finally
I looked at something called mod_survey. You can find it here:

I have installed mod_survey onto one of my test server. The address is
http://useme.net/survey/example.survey (or)
http://useme.net/survey/report.survey
Thos are merely example files provided by the mod_survey team, yet they
show what can be done with mod_survey. If you append ?action=admin to
each file you will be guided to an administrative interface.
Since the survey files are pure XML is it fairly easy to write them
(check the documentation). The data can be gathered in various ways so
it should also be easy to write comprehensive statistics gathering
pages.

b) send me questions, topics and others issues we might be able to
gather information about with mod_survey
