[Fink-devel] GPG maintainer?

I am wondering if anyone is maintaining the GPG package. GPG is up to version 1.2.1. The latest version in Fink (0.4.0) was GPG 1.0.7, and there is no version available for Fink (0.5.0 Jaguar).

If no one is maintaining the GPG package, is there a relatively straight forward How-To for adding and maintaining this package myself? I looked at the docs at fink.sourceforge.net, and my head felt a bit thick.

Thanks for all the great work on the Fink environment.
