Just to give an example of something in the new legal statement which needs work: The statement says that downloads may be made for personal, non-commercial use only. Actually, the Fink code itself is covered under the GPL, which has NO clause about non-commercial use. All but a very tiny number of Fink packages deal with code whose licenses have NO clause about non-commercial use. In fact, if the license on the package says that, then it does not meet the definition of an Open Source License and we label the package as have a "restrictive" license.
