Someone with this problem had:
xfree86-shlibs installed 4.3.0-1 system-xfree86 installed 4.2-11
Which means they had a corrupt xfree install, you shouldn't have the -shlibs installed with system-xfree86.
I reinstall the X11 sdk from the apple site for the Beta 3. I was looking for duplicate include file, but nothing find.
