Hi, again
Still working on a couple of new packages, and am running in some more trouble. The make phase stops after a bit. For me it's still pretty new and a guessing game what is the problem, and how to fix it. In the configure part I see that the package cannot find arts and liboss1, although I have these installed. I'm not sure if this is related to the compile error.
Well, first, what is the actual error? =) Hard to debug without an actual error message.
Second, if it's a sequencer, is is doing MIDI stuff? If so, you will have issues, aRts on OSX has no midi support.
-- We put a lot of thought into our defaults. We like them. If we didn't, we would have made something else be the default. So keep your cotton-pickin' hands off our defaults. Don't touch. Consider them mandatory. "Mandatory defaults" has a nice ring to it.
