Ick, ok, the version of the prebinding stuff that uses that seg_addr_table from there is 2 implementations ago, and won't ever be officially in fink. The "proper" implementation is in the 10.2-gcc3 tree that's currently undergoing development right now, and the 10.3 tree. We'll probably be asking for testers in a bit for the gcc 3.3 tree, but for now, you can probably just touch /sw/fink/dists/seg_addr_table as root and you'll get by. > (I copied fink-prebinding.info from 10.2-gcc3.3/stable/base to > 10.2/unstable/local/main/finkinfo and modefied it to accept > cctools-extra in 10.2/unstable, and could do update-all anyway.) This will not do what you want it to do (although at least you won't get errors anymore). There's a part of Fink that has to go along with it for it to work. > Is it time to shift to GCC 3.3 now? In a few days, maybe. For now, best bet is to just get by for a bit without it. =) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQE/ZvldUu+jZtP2Zf4RAvU3AJ98cNSJOR1PZkN1EtzMiCysEqnwJQCdGhnM z88dCtLVy0mK7LNm8Rlov4M= =Ccci -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Fink-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-devel
