Ick, ok, the version of the prebinding stuff that uses that
seg_addr_table from there is 2 implementations ago, and won't ever be
officially in fink.  The "proper" implementation is in the 10.2-gcc3
tree that's currently undergoing development right now, and the 10.3
tree.  We'll probably be asking for testers in a bit for the gcc 3.3
tree, but for now, you can probably just touch
/sw/fink/dists/seg_addr_table as root and you'll get by.

This will not do what you want it to do (although at least you won't get
errors anymore).  There's a part of Fink that has to go along with it
for it to work.
