3.3 is not officially supported in fink yet, there will be a 10.2-gcc3.3 distribution shortly however. Some packages need 2.95, but that is handled automatically by the package. There are no packages in fink now that need 3.3. The clisp package works with 3.1. -Jeff -- Jeffrey S.
