Hello folks.
I am completely aware, that the new mirror handling for rsync is not yet perfect. Yet I had some time and since I need to learn Perl a bit better I have taken the chance and created a tiny script. It checks the now supplied timestamps of the mirrors against the Master. it calculates the offset and shows when the mirror last updated.

I know it is not perfect yet and some values are still odd (like the last update on rjeka which the mirror maintainer was notified off, as well as atl which does not supplied a last updated timestamp yet)
