One place where we shouldn't touch the existing reference is the package database page: 10.1 users should have available exactly what versions of packages exist for them.

Unless we want just to have a separate 10.1-specific document which includes that information. That would involve a fair amount of effort, but could be done.

It is no longer supported thus there should be no mention of it on the main pages and all over the web-site. I am not opposed to making a "no longer supported" page.
