I was looking for the vorbis-tools package yesterday and saw that even though it compiles and works perfectly with libogg, libvorbis and libao it is not in the fink list. Is there some reason it is not included?
There is already a vorbis-tools package, see also http://fink.sourceforge.net/pdb/package.php/vorbis-tools . However, it isn't avaialble in the stable tree at this time, nor in the 10.3 tree. You could work together with the maintainer to change this.
