I had a recent problem due to /sw being hard coded in libxml2.patch. I decided to do a search of all files in 10.3/unstable to see which ones had hard coded /sw in places other than the description. I found seven more cases, three of which are clearly wrong, and four that I don't understand what the /sw is doing, so maybe they are OK:

clearly wrong:
libxml2.patch
postgresql.patch
scrollkeeper.patch
bitchx.patch

might be OK
nicotine.info
scilab-2.7-12.patch
scilab.patch
scilab-atlas.patch
