I don't think this is due to XCode1.2 : my tcltk was re-built here with XCode1.2 (apr. 26), and I got there :

I was able to fix it by adding:
GENERIC_FLAGS="-fconstant-cfstrings"
...to the two "make" bits in tcltk.info, but that seems rather hackish. Any ideas on a proper way to handle this?
