I noticed it is active now, and I can see from the cvs logs that it has been introduced into fink cvs around the end of last year, but what with all the different branches, I cannot see clearly which released version of fink has it.
This would be useful to know for giving advice to people for whom it apparently is not active. Maybe someone might even *document* it? :-)
