Are they all 100% in sync with the main source now?
Yes. I tweeked our xsl to give easier-to-read (for humans) HTML source, so I regenerated pretty much our whole doc tree this morning using a freshly updated set of xml files.
However, that is orthogonal to this doc.*.xml change. The tagline I removed has been present since r1.1 of doc.xml; it was refering to that docfile itself being a work-in-progress, not anything to do with translation or xml->html sync. (I *think* that file was designed to supplant, or at least be a more modern rewrite of, some other docs.) Looked kinda lame. What webpage anywhere isn't perpetually a work-in- progress?
