I think it is the same project, but for the version in Fink, the file COPYING says:
THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF LICENSE
Version 31337, December 29, 2001Err, yeah.
Anyway, it would be good to figure out how/why this ended up on our distfiles mirrors when the license was listed as Restrictive.
