One might conceivably suspect a different bison _ I'm using fink's _, but this
doesn't seem the issue.
Could you re-run after "fink install gsl" ?
If you still don't get further, look in the config.log for the reason of the above
"checking for gsl_error in -lgsl... no"
(I'm getting a yes there)
And if you do get further, please tell the results, and if it was
with Apple's X11 or with the xorg pkg...
