I changed option and I think libgcc_s.dylib will be installed on /sw/lib/gcc/powerpc-apple-darwin/3.4.3/ now. Thanks!

Why not build with --prefix=%p/lib/gpc , make symlinks from %p/bin to the 3 executables,
and mv %p/lib/gpc/share to %p/share (presumably this last can also be avoided by proper
setting of the different dirs in %c) ?
