I'm making a pdf from xml files with docbook, fop, xsltproc. There is
an external embedded png image on the book cover which is included
via a mediaobject tag and some customization work on xsl stylesheets.
All worked perfectly on 10.3.9.
Just trying to do it on Tiger:
I've got the following behaviour:
1 - As soon as the fo file is processed via fop, I've got this
warning message:
./run-fop.sh . -fo ./src/book.fo -pdf ./built-doc/book-a4.pdf

2 - the pdf is made and is correct
3 - the process hangs indefinitely
I may have missed something, but I really don't know what it is.
This is an error which is apparently a known bug from Java-dev
mailing list thread Problem with 10.4.x and BufferedImage on May 26th
2005. But maybe a workaround exists for Fink (hope is life, is not
it? :-)
If somebody has an idea how this can be corrected, I'd be very grateful.
