I'm packaging the `ledger' application, which is a command-line
double-entry accounting system, for Fink. Everything seems to be
straightforward except for one thing: I'm not sure what value I should
use for the `License' field of the package's info file. Here's the
content of the `LICENSE' file in the packages source directory:

THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE
OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

This license is clearly not the GPL, LGPL, BSD, or Artistic license.
Nor does it seem to be Restrictive, nor Commercial, nor Public Domain.
It seems to adhere to the DFSG license requirements, but I'm not sure.

I presume that this is an open-source license, and that the licensed
software can be included in the Fink distribution. What value for the
`License' field should I use in the package's info file? Does
`DFSG-Approved' make sense?

Thanks,

Jesse
