According to Geoffrey Keating at Apple, the cctools from Xcode 2.3
eliminates the problem with ld64 which was forcing us to build gcc4
for 4.2 with --disable-multlib. While there isn't a new odcctools tarball
yet, you can roll your own for a odcctools based on the same cctools
590.42.1 release tarball with the following steps...
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/Volumes/src/cvs/od login
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/Volumes/src/cvs/od co -P odcctools
cd odcctools
cd src
make clean
make extract
make patch
make regen
mv odcctools odcctools-20060606
tar -jcvf odcctools-20060606.tar.bz2 odcctools-20060606
and use the newly created tarball instead of the current one
in 10.4 unstable.
