Not sure if it counts as a warning, but I always find it ominous if Fink asks me any question about xorg (especially on a machine where I don't have two weeks available to compile it). RangerRick explained it to me and I'm sure I missed the finer points of his explanation, but I think you're allowed to shoot yourself in the foot this way so that you can run Apple's X11 server and the x.org client libraries.
