I did a world build with Xcode 2.4, and I was able to attempt building 1500 packages on Intel and 2900 on PowerPC. There was a bug in the buildfink script which prevented removal of stale buildlocks and prevented some packages from attempting to build. I'll be uploading the full data when I get a chance, but people have been asking if it's safe to upgrade, so here's a summary of packages which had regressions triggered by the upgrade.
gdl fails to build because it incorrectly tests for the isnan function with a #if defined check, and isnan is not a macro under C++. cctbx may fail because it tries to parse system_profiler output in a fragile way. I've notified the maintainers of both of these packages and included suggested fixes. The other thing I ran into was an intermittent segfault in xcodebuild while building texshop. I was able to build it on one of the machines I tried it on, though. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
