Even if I can get my [untested] fink gnat package ported over to Intel (and tested), you'd still have to download it from macada.org and install it yourself.
I think this (www.macada.org/Downloads/Compiler/Gnati386-4.2.dmg) is the link, but I'm not sure. Check the macada.org mailing list archives if that doesn't work.
