Hello, I request to apply the attached patch for libkpathsea4.info. This patch contains two handling.
(1) tetex-3.0-magstep-20060511.patch Prevent errors of 'dvips -Ppdf' in the some situation. FYI, see: http://www.tug.org/pipermail/tex-k/2005-December/001465.html http://tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Build/source/texk/kpathsea/ (2) tetex-3.0-libkanji-0.84.patch Add support for KANJI, especially Japanese character code. This patch is needed for oncoming ptex, not needed for tetex. It is an idea that we create a new another package, for example "libkpathsea4-ptex". However there is no harm for tetex users by this patch, so I think it's better to apply it to libkpathsea4 than to create a new package. I tested on 10.3, 10.4 PPC / intel.
