chris01 and I discussed being able to import the apt contents directly into the PDB (instead of tagging the stable/ package .info files and then dumping that as a specially-named distro). Doing it that way is certainly *conceptually* easier (assuming we care about what .deb are available for download, not what .info files represent a bindist, and the pain of having to tag them).
